refunds:

Refunds are fully up to the artist’s discretion and not an obligation to the client under any circumstance. If an Artist decides to refund a deposit or total amount paid toward a tattoo; the Artist will repay the amount owed when it is convenient for the Artist. This could take days to possibly weeks.

cancellation policy:

In the event that a client needs to cancel, a deposit will not be returned. However, they may use that deposit for a later date. If it seems to be an ongoing occurrence that the client is consistently cancelling, the Artist may require a new deposit to be put down towards their new appointment date while forfeiting their previous deposit.

In the event that an Artist cancels the appointment, a new appointment date will be offered with no extra deposit fee to be put down. If the client no longer wishes to be tattooed by the Artist, the Artist may refund their deposit upon their discretion. It is up to the artist if they wish to refund.
